Burbank, Calif. – May 14, 2026 - XR (Extreme Reach), the leader in commercial talent payments and advertising operations, today announced the appointment of two industry leaders to helm XR Pay, the company's commercial and entertainment production payroll business. Greg Mandel joins as XR Pay Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Frank DeVito as XR Pay President and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Mandel will report to XR CEO John Batter, and DeVito will report to Mandel.

“XR has built the market-leading payments platform for commercial production, trusted by the world’s biggest brands, agencies, and talent to manage advertising payroll at scale,” said John Batter, CEO of XR. “With Greg and Frank joining the team, we have an incredible opportunity to build on this strong foundation and expand how we support the entire production ecosystem, from talent in front of the camera to the crews behind it. Their experience will help us continue to scale XR Pay and shape the future of production payroll.”

Mandel brings nearly 20 years of leadership experience at Technicolor, where he served as Deputy Chief Operating Officer for the company’s $1B Production Services division spanning visual effects, animation, advertising production, and post-production. Most recently, he was EVP and COO of Mikros Animation, the studio behind films including Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, Paw Patrol: The Mighty Movie, and The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run. During his time at Technicolor, he also led the company’s global digital cinema business.

“From A-list celebrities to the next generation of influencers and creators, the advertising talent landscape has never moved faster and has never been more diverse,” said Mandel. “XR Pay is built to scale across every format and channel this industry is moving toward, and the opportunity in front of us is enormous. I couldn't be more excited to lead this incredible team at this time.”

DeVito joins from Cast & Crew, where he spent a decade in senior leadership roles, most recently as General Manager of Advertising. As President and COO of XR Pay, he will oversee day-to-day operations, drive execution against the company's financial plans, and deepen relationships with current and prospective clients to support market demand.

“I've spent the last decade watching XR Pay earn its reputation as the industry leader, not just by being first, but by being obsessive about delivering great products and service to the advertising and entertainment community,” said DeVito. “The technology, the team, the commitment to innovation is what drew me in and I'm thrilled to be here and ready to build on an already solid foundation.”

XR Pay powers payments across commercial and entertainment productions, from celebrities and scale actors to crew, vendors, and influencers, delivering speed, accuracy, and world-class support. The company offers SAG-AFTRA-compliant, flexible payroll solutions for productions of any size, supporting more than $1.3B in talent payments and over 50K productions each year. Its clients include leading agencies and in-house brand studios, and it supports many of the most recognizable names in entertainment, sports, and social media.
