Pursuant to the requirements of Cal. Code Regs. tit. 11 § 7102, the following reflects the consumer Data Requests we received in the calendar year 2023:

• Number of requests to know that we received: 3 (2 denied for failure to sufficiently confirm identity)
• Number of requests to delete that we received: 2 (none rejected)
• Number of do not sell / opt-out requests that we received: 41 (none denied)
• Mean number of days to respond to all requests: 11 days
