Louisa Wong
Louisa Wong assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer at XR in May 2023, bringing with her a distinguished career marked by transformative leadership that has not only shaped companies but also positioned her as a trailblazer in the intersection of technology, data, and marketing.
Wong is widely recognized as a thought leader in the industry, known for her strategic vision and as a stabilizing force in the face of constant change. A passionate advocate for female leadership, diversity, and inclusion, Louisa's impact extends beyond the boardroom. Her contributions were acknowledged with a coveted spot on the Adweek 50 in 2019 and recognition in Constellation Research’s Business Transformation 150 in 2022. She has also been honored with two prestigious awards from She Runs It – the Changing the Game award in 2020 and the Working Mother of the Year accolade in 2023.
Prior to joining XR, Louisa served as the CEO of The Americas Region at Wavemaker, where she solidified her reputation as a global award-winning leader. In her previous role as COO at Carat USA and throughout various executive and global positions within the Dentsu Aegis Network in London, Sky, AOL, and CNET, Louisa consistently demonstrated her prowess in leveraging data and analytics to drive organizational transformation.
Chandler Bigelow
Chandler leads the global finance organization at XR with a focus on financial strategy and planning. Most recently he was the CFO of NielsenIQ (formerly known as Nielsen Connect), and a key member of the management team transforming the global company. Prior to that, Chandler was the CFO of Tribune Media Company, where he spent 21 years.
Chandler has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of two digital media companies, CareerBuilder and Classified Ventures (Cars.com and Apartments.com), and has served on the management committee of two cable television networks, the Food Network and the Cooking Channel.
Daniel Brackett
Dan is the Chief Technology Officer of XR. He leads the innovation and technology platform development with a customer-centric software release cycle, growing the company’s industry-leading, global platform with new capabilities every two weeks. With over 25 years of experience in business and technical leadership, systems architecture, application design and agile software delivery, Dan is known for developing transformative advertising technology solutions.
He is also an experienced speaker with a knack for bringing clarity to complex issues, just as XR simplifies the management and delivery of content in an increasingly complex media landscape.
Jo Kinsella
Jo, the Global President of our advertising platform business, SourceXR, is a seasoned 25-year technology and software veteran renowned for pioneering innovation in the advertising, data technology, and fintech sectors. With a stellar track record of bringing groundbreaking products and services to market, Jo excels at the intersection of technology, analytics, and performance, consistently delivering value for marketers.
Before joining XR, Jo co-founded and led TVSquared, a global adtech measurement platform that disrupted the TV industry. Jo then led the acquisition of TVSquared by Innovid in 2022. Throughout her career, Jo has held various executive and board positions, prioritizing profitable growth and building products that address industry needs while maximizing shareholder value.
As an award-winning leader, Jo is known for assembling teams of extraordinary talent, championing diversity, and serving as a thought leader and industry advocate. Her recent accolades include the Top 50 Women Gamechangers in TV award, and she is consistently featured on top marketer lists for She Runs It, CableFax, TVOT, Cynopsis, Advertising Week, and IAB ALM. Jo's commitment to excellence and innovation continues to shape the advertising landscape and disrupt thinking to drive for change.
Brian Radin
Brian Radin joins XR Extreme Reach from FleetCor (NYSE: FLT), a global payments technology company, were he built the Comdata Prepaid software business and served as its President. Prior to joining FleetCor, he was President of CloudPay, a next generation payroll solution for multinational businesses with complex global payroll requirements. Brian is an accomplished human capital management executive, bringing more than two decades of leadership experience and a track record of enhancing results for multiple leading organizations. Brian has founded four start-ups including a global payroll software company, a Professional Employer Organization and an employment and income technology platform as well as senior leadership roles with Comcast, Booz & Co., ADP and Aon Hewitt. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School, an MS from the Newhouse School at Syracuse University and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
Eric Rubenstein
Eric's career spans more than 25 years across the technology, media, and professional services sectors. Eric has built and guided legal teams and orchestrated complex business transactions throughout his career. He has spearheaded Private Equity carve-outs, multinational mergers and acquisitions, and provided strategic counsel on critical areas including cybersecurity, privacy, labor & employment, intellectual property, and corporate governance.
Most recently, Eric was the Chief Legal Officer at Vialto Partners, a carve-out of PwC's Global Mobility practice, where he built their first legal team from scratch. Prior to Vialto, Eric spent more than 20 years at Nielsen where he was right in the middle of the media and advertising ecosystem, holding a variety of legal roles in the United States, China, and Australia.
Donna Kladis
Donna Kladis is a seasoned technology and transformation executive (CIO/CTO/CISO/CDO) with a proven track record of driving digital innovation and aligning IT strategies with organizational objectives. Having spent her entire career in the technology industry, she has successfully led global cross-functional teams in implementing cutting-edge solutions, optimizing IT infrastructures, and navigating complex global digital transformations. Donna has been a Diversity & Inclusion executive at PepsiCo and Estée Lauder and is a speaker on Cybersecurity and Digital Technologies at various technology forums.
Donna possesses a strategic mindset, consistently translating business needs into innovative technological solutions. Donna’s passion focuses on leveraging technology as a catalyst for organizational growth.
Meredith Brace
Meredith Brace is a marketing executive known for her expertise in scaling innovation and delivering results that matter for the world’s most esteemed brands.
With over two decades of leadership experience, Meredith has held pivotal roles in advertising, creative, media, sales, and marketing across global tech giants such as HP and Microsoft, as well as leadership roles at true[X], FOX networks and Samba TV. Her focus has been on cultivating trusted brands that drive relevance and value, propelling growth within the dynamic landscape of advertising and marketing. She excels at harnessing the power of data to craft and deliver compelling narratives to precisely targeted audiences and measuring that impact.
Meredith’s industry commitment shines through her advisory and board roles with organizations such as the American Advertising Federation (AAF), OpenAP, The Forem and the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. Beyond her professional achievements, she passionately champions Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) within the workplace as well as representation in advertising and media. Her contributions include strategic partnerships and speaking engagements with The Female Quotient and SEEHER, in addition to her active mentorship and training opportunities for the next generation of leaders.
Simon Sikorski
As CEO of Craft, Simon led 23 global production studios focused on innovative execution solutions for leading global brands. During his CEO tenure, he steered the company toward a future-focused path through cutting-edge technology and global operational standards – leading teams in the exploration of new frontiers like embracing virtual production, leveraging AI, and adopting sustainable production practices.
While at Interpublic Group, Simon also held roles as the CEO of McCann Worldgroup Canada, responsible for 5 agencies across Toronto, Montreal and Calgary. He also held roles as the Chief Client and Chief Operations Officer for Craft as well as Managing Partner at McCann London, responsible for the delivery of integrated communications solutions for key client relationships.
Before joining Craft and McCann, Simon was the Marketing Director of a British multichanne linformation technology company and worked at various integrated communications agencies in both the UK and Canada including Delaney Lund Knox Warren (London), Bryant Fulton & Shee (Vancouver) and Marshall Fenn Communications (Toronto). Simon applies his international experience across disciplines to create innovative communications models that resonate and travel across borders and media channels.
He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University in his native Canada and lives outside of New York City with his wife, Jane, and two children, Milla and Cameron.
Jennifer Wambold
As XR’s Chief People Resources officer, Jennifer is responsible for team engagement, recruitment, and development for our team members across all divisions and global regions of the company. Her success in identifying innovative, forward thinking candidates and maintaining an open, transparent company culture are hallmarks of her 25+ years of human resources experience with high-growth companies. Jennifer has been recognized for her outstanding work at XR with numerous awards, including HR Executive of the Year, Tech Trailblazer, and Ad Tech Innovator as well as being lauded for her leadership in supporting the companies DEI initiatives. Prior to joining XR, Jennifer led recruitment, reward, recognition, and succession planning for two different Omnicom-owned agencies as well as Plymouth Rock Assurance.
